Tried to exchange a faulty item and the attitude I had from the girl serving was disgusting! Just because you have a smile on your face whilst speaking to someone like s**t doesn't make it in any way better. Can't even get through to the store to make a complaint
Waited at the jewellery counter for 20mins no one come over asked for assistance said we'll said someone over now 15mins later still no one just walked out.
Quick and easy but a bit pricey
not happy with service I had today 21st orderd online necklace for sister I bought one previously for my other sister when it came it was just in a packet I then asked were was the box I had one for free when indent to the jewellery counter with I had for free the person that served me told me if I wanted one I would have to que again to purchase one he thought that was amuseing I did not was poor service I have been a good customer over the years I hav9e never been so angry about the poor service I have received
