Did Bokwa class tonight @ 6.30 - 7.30pm Really enjoyed this class it was first time I did Bokwa and I really enjoyed the work out. The instructor was great made us all feel comfortable and we had a laugh as well. Will certainly look forward to doing some more classes here.. Theres a lovely warm welcome and great atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and make you feel so welcomeA big Thank you to all the staff.
