Absolutely lovely stay, Super clean. Tracy is such a credit to you, she helped me as i had booked to stay elsewhere and found it unsuitable as it was dirty so she arranged for us to check in early so i could get sorted. Best place i have ever stayed would recommend to anyone.

Good value and conveniently placed for trains into Cardiff. Room lovely. Friendly staff. Only downside was windows in my room do not open, good room ventilation but did effect my sleep.Would definitely stay again.
Very clean, The steak was the best I have ever had in Brewers Fayre. Bad point for me was the bed was too hard. Very easy to find and it is located centrally. The staff were friendly and efficient. If you are planning a walking or hiking holiday up pen y fan. This would be a great place to stay as it is not far to visit pen y fan. Highly recommended
We stayed for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend in August 2018. The hotel was clean and convenient. The staff were the highlight. So SO helpful that nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was busy and you could see the staff were rushed off their feet but they still went out of their way to accommodate every single request we made. Heated up some food for us. Provided a bigger fan that meant we could sleep well and even arranged some emergency laundry for us. Will definitely be staying here whenever we come to wales again! Thank you for your hospitality
