I moved into my new property in August. From the first time I made contact with Darlows to arrange a viewing of the house right through to obtaining the keys, the service I received from the Darlows team was excellent.Lisa was my main point of contact but I spoke to other members of the team over the course of the purchase and everyone was lovely- friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient and always happy to help. I bought the house at a particularly difficult point in my life, and I can honestly say that Lisa and the team made everything much less stressful for me. They kept me up-to-date with all the latest info and progressions (more so than my solicitor!!) and I trusted them fully to get things done.
