Arriva Trains really don't care much for this place. Never enough carriage, rarely cleaned and good luck with the ticket machine.
The journey up the valley from Cardiff was lovely. Trees & hills.Only the decline of Ebbw Vale itself was sad. Closed down shops to let. Dozens of them. It's the world we live in.
