Got a full eye health check and the new glasses I wanted with very helpful staff.
The staff are always very friendly, helpful & professional. They tell me what they're doing throughout my appointment & give me all the options when choosing glasses. They never try to sell me something that I don't need & help me to decide which is the most suitable option, within the budget I have. I will definitly recommend them to anyone needing a good optician.
Great service but booked up long way ahead.
Accused us of missing appointments then said no other appointments (thankfully). Even though the shop was like a morgue. I showed email confirmations that we were in fact correct and early. She then proceeded to say the online system was faulty!!! Why accuse people of being late/missing without obtaining relevant information or leave a system faulty and in use for weeks, not confirm time when confirming attendance. Lack customer service immensely.
Quick appointment time. Optician seemed to be in a rush with the appointment, said needed glasses for to being long sighted in one eye. Asked if I wanted glasses and said if I need them, but was told not too bother if i didnt want as it will be ok for the other eye to work extra hard without them. Not too professional in my opinion. I won't be going back to them.
